K31 – APS Soil Stabilizer
ROAD CONSTRUCTION USING
SOIL STABILIZATION :
What is the purpose of soil stabilization?
The prime objective of soil stabilization is to improve the California Bearing Ratio of in-situ soils by 4 to 6 times.
Soil stabilization technology has evolved, there have now emerged new types of soil stabilization techniques, many of which are classified as “green technologies”.
Road construction using soil stabilization. No need for lime stabilization, lime-treated soil, or cement soil stabilization. Dirt is probably the cheapest and simplest construction material out there, but it’s not very strong compared to other choices.
The spreading of lime, mixing of lime and soil with a rotary mixer, compaction of lime-treated soil is NOT necessary! K31-APS military-grade soil stabilizer super concentrate is cheaper, faster, safer, and more effective! It is not necessary to use lime cement and advanced soil stabilization techniques to reduce the moisture content of cohesive soil.
K31-APS military-grade soil stabilizer is a military-grade soil stabilizer which is favored and used by the US Marines and US Navy for over 15 years. Click Here to see!

K31-APS is by far the best soil stabilizer on the market today with proven performance. We know because we have tried and tested many different products. Watch the video below of one of our clients conducting a water test and dust control test on their finished road.
Unlike most internet companies that sell products that have only tested in a lab under perfect conditions, we are also contractors and we build roads using our own products. This gives us a huge advantage over the competition due to the experience gained out in the field and in the real world instead of a lab test.
- One full container of K31-APS super concentrate contains 18 totes of 1,000 liters each.
- The coverage for road building is 1.5 liters of APS per square meter depending on intended road use. This includes the three top seal coats.
The Result :
You don’t need road stones, no cement, no lime, no fly ash and if your soil is below 20% plasticity then no importation of aggregates. Plus it’s much faster to apply and work than asphalt. And no complicated machines to apply it.
The plasticity level for the soil needs to be below 20%, if higher you will need to add a small amount of cement, or laterite, or sand, or fly ash, or quarry dust to compensate for the higher plasticity.
The thickness of the slab it’s only 150 mm (6 inches) and you will get 400-1800+ PSI depending on soil type and compaction. 100% waterproof, increased CBR, and eco-friendly.

K31-APS soil stabilizer is a low-cost road construction technique.
The benefits of K31-APS road stabilization include strength improvement, dust control, and waterproofing – helping governments, explorers, innovators, and organizations both public and private all across the globe, making their infrastructure and logistical dreams a reality.
K31-APS roads are more robust, resilient, and flexible than conventional roads and are just as strong in wet, dry, hot, and cold conditions.
K31 Road Engineering has solutions to cut costs, increase productivity, reduce equipment utilization and ensure roads are virtually maintenance-free. The cost-benefit of K31 products has been independently analyzed by world-renowned accounting labs, providing average cost savings of thirty-seven percent or greater.
The K31-APS (made in the USA) soil stabilization process converts poor-quality soil into a premium construction material. There is NO need for cement, lime, or any other possible additives or binding agents (unless the PI is over 20%).
No need to mix dirt with lime to stabilize the ground. K31-APS super concentrate is all you need for a stronger long-lasting stabilized road.
K31-APS soil stabilization methods are more effective than cement soil stabilization, cement stabilization of soil, dust suppressant, or dust suppression.

Frequently Asked Questions
K31-APS soil stabilization is a patented technology that uses a combination of polymers, minerals, and other additives to create a stable, durable, and erosion-resistant soil structure. The K31-APS mixture penetrates deep into the soil, bonding with the existing particles and creating a strong matrix that can withstand heavy traffic, extreme weather conditions, and other external factors.
K31-APS soil stabilization works by creating a stable and durable soil structure through a three-step process:
- Soil Analysis: The soil is analyzed to determine its properties, such as pH, particle size, and compaction. This information is used to develop a customized K31-APS mixture that is tailored to the specific needs of the project.
- Mixing: The K31-APS mixture is mixed with water and applied to the soil surface. The mixture then penetrates deep into the soil, bonding with the particles and creating a stable matrix.
- Curing: The K31-APS mixture cures rapidly, forming a stable and durable soil structure that is resistant to erosion and wear.
Yes, K31-APS soil stabilization is a sustainable and eco-friendly solution that does not harm the environment or release harmful chemicals into the soil.
There are numerous benefits to using K31-APS for disintegration and dust control One of the most significant advantages of this item is that it is environmentally friendly. The option is made up of artificial polymers that are non-toxic and eco-friendly, implying that it will not harm the environment or wildlife.
Another significant benefit of using K31-APS is that it is extremely economical. The item is easy to apply and can be done quickly, minimizing labor costs and time required to finish the job. Additionally, K31-APS is long-lasting, suggesting that it offers long-term erosion and dust control advantages, reducing the need for frequent reapplications.
Soil stabilization and erosion control are the processes of improving the stability, strength, and erosion resistance of soil surfaces. Soil stabilization aims to increase the load-bearing capacity of soil surfaces by enhancing their mechanical properties, such as strength, stiffness, and durability. Erosion control aims to prevent or reduce the loss of soil particles due to water or wind erosion, and the resultant sedimentation and pollution of water bodies.
Soil stabilization and erosion control offer several benefits, including:
- Increased safety and longevity of infrastructure
- Reduced maintenance costs
- Improved soil quality and vegetation growth
- Reduced soil erosion and sedimentation
- Reduced water pollution and flood risk
- Enhanced aesthetic appeal
There are various techniques of soil stabilization and erosion control, including:
- Mechanical stabilization: This involves compacting or grading the soil to increase its density and reduce its susceptibility to erosion.
- Chemical stabilization: This involves adding chemicals, such as lime, cement, or polymers, to the soil to enhance its mechanical and hydraulic properties.
- Vegetative stabilization: This involves planting vegetation, such as grass or shrubs, to reinforce the soil surface and reduce erosion.
- Structural stabilization: This involves constructing physical structures, such as retaining walls or gabions, to stabilize slopes and prevent erosion.
Soil stabilization and erosion control are used in various applications, including:
- Building and construction sites
- Road and pavement surfaces
- Slope stabilization
- Landfills and waste sites
- Agriculture and forestry
- River and stream banks
The cost of soil stabilization and erosion control depends on several factors, such as the type of technique, the site conditions, and the project scope. Generally, mechanical and vegetative stabilization methods are less expensive than chemical or structural methods, but their effectiveness and longevity may vary. The cost of soil stabilization and erosion control should be evaluated based on the long-term benefits and savings, such as reduced maintenance and repair costs and improved environmental sustainability.
Soil stabilization and erosion control are essential processes in modern construction
